Training Experience

I have extensive experience teaching economics and quantitative methods at undergraduate and postgraduate levels at Cardiff University. My teaching includes applied economics, managerial economics, econometrics, research methods and quantitative analysis. I also have experience developing teaching and training materials, presenting complex empirical methods to non-specialist audiences, supervising research projects and providing methodological guidance to researchers and students.

Consulting Experience

My applied research involves close collaboration with government institutions, international research partners and policy stakeholders. I currently work with the Uganda Revenue Authority on projects using administrative tax, customs and firm-level data to analyse tax compliance, digitalisation, trade and firm behaviour. My work includes research design, data harmonisation, econometric analysis, impact evaluation and translating empirical findings into policy-relevant recommendations. I have also contributed to international development research projects involving telecommunications, governance, climate shocks, trade and private-sector development.
